A studio note

Built for designers who knit their own swatches.

Vortle started in the gap between a tested, graded, tech-edited pattern and a Ravelry listing that looks like it belongs. The gap nobody talks about: the model shoot. The week of begging a friend to wear the FO. The afternoon hand-lettering a schematic in Illustrator. The blurry windowsill photo of a swatch that you know is the wrong colour temperature.

A studio with a budget closes that gap in a morning. An indie designer can lose months.

So we built a working tool — not a generic project manager. It speaks the trade. It uses your gauge, your yardage, your testers’ Ravelry handles. The accent colour is the same cobalt you mark a schematic up in. The numerals are tabular because every number in a pattern is a measurement.

Vortle is for designers who self-publish on Ravelry, Etsy, and Payhip and who do their own tech edits, photo days, and MKAL launches. If that’s you, we made this for you.
